  Went in to get a new debit card, as mine was due to expire at the end of the month. Was told they're sent out automatically and I had nothing to worry about. I said I could get one right then since I was there, but they said that wasn't necessary. I called in at the beginning of the third week to verify my new card had been sent out. They stated again not to worry, the card would be there next week. Here we are two weeks later, no card, and no way to access my money. Fully plan on changing banks, this is ridiculous!

  Don't bother with this credit union at all. They don't want your money or your business. If you're able to get someone on the phone-- and that's a big if, since they promise to call you back but never do -- the information they give you won't be accurate. At all. They don't care about customer service, and really think they are doing a favor by letting you use them to bank. Save yourself a lot of frustration and just avoid them.

  I called to speak with someone regarding mortgage loans and what I'd need to qualify. The man was very short and rude with me. I've now had this experience twice with Kemba. I will not allow a third time. I definitely won't be opening any accounts with them. I also wouldn't recommend anyone else calling to ask any questions, they're not very friendly.

  KEMBA and pacifically this branch helped me a lot in refinancing my car. Rachel was great on helping costumers. Very professional. Thank you for all you did to help me out.☺️

  Kemba is decent. Good for having a checking account for general purchases and possibly a random extra savings account for side money. But I wouldn't recommend using them as your main bank because they're other services aren't exactly amazing when you start around to their other cards and services. They're good as a "second account" type of bank especially if you're already with something like Navy Federal, US Bank, USAA or any other good credit union. But that's just my opinion!

  The ATM's not accepting deposits is aggravating. After driving across town to deposit cash for an emergency, I found this out. When I called the next morning, the rep said it was because they had issues with fraud in the past.. However, there are "satellite" sites that are Kemba-friendly you can make deposits with. What sense does that make? If I have to go to another place to make a deposit, why shouldn't I just do my banking with them? Oh, and the recording when you call is ridiculously long when all you want to do is check your account balance. There should be a separate number for that.

  Fantastic staff. Recently needed to do some serious refinancing. I explained my situation and what I wanted to achieve. After a few phone calls and research on Kemba's side came up with a perfect plan that lowered my out going money and eliminate some monthly bills. Next is to take advantage of their free finance advisory. I would highly recommend Kemba. Do not be shy. Tell them exactly what your situation is and what your goal is. They are more then happy to help you find a solution.

  Kemba does not offer automatic ACH payments for minimum monthly balance for its credit card payments from another bank. This is not a service they offer at KEMBA. I am very upset with the service I have received from Kemba. They need to offer more options, better technology, and better service. In addition to the above issue, they also did not offer their email signatures in the secure message center online, which was very impersonal. They are not upfront at all with their customers, and definiately not personal as I expect a credit union should be. They would also always try to sell me something, which I am used to from Chase banking (lol). Due to their bad service, I am considering refinancing my auto loan with another bank that offers better service and better technology. Kemba has a ways to go.

  The Kemba app is grossly inaccurate. It rarely ever shows your accurate amount in real time. I have made several payments from my account that have taken a week to show in the app.
