  Excellent service, attention to detail, personable. Troy King and his team are great to work with. Troy takes his time with individuals, thoroughly going over their tax situation and providing invaluable knowledge. I used them for years, but made the mistake of going with another firm briefly because I moved the the Carolinas and wanted someone local. I will be going back to Kelly King & Co. due to their attention to detail and genuine interest in taking care of their clients.

  I consulted with Troy King about a situation with capital gains tax and he was very knowledgeable and patient with explaining it to me. He got back with me the same day I called and went out of his way to be available should I need more information.

  I scheduled an appointment to talk to Troy about filing taxes for my wife's immigration documents, he couldn't of been more helpful with the process as I was completely clueless. The experience was very personable and he took the time to speak to us in a way we could clearly understand, would recommend this office to anyone who appreciates attention to detail and true professionalism.

  Went to drop off my taxes but no one would actually take them from me. Called the phone number and the person I spoke didn’t know the cost for filing taxes? Was transferred to who I’m assuming was an owner/ co owner; I left a voicemail asking about filing taxes and never received a return call.

  Will not talk to you unless you schedule a appt for first time customers. Just had questions. Im too busy to schedule a appt for something that probably wouldn't take 5 minutes to answer. So I will not be using this service.
