  Kelly is the BEST! I am so fortunate to have worked with her. She is an absolute professional; knows what she's doing, and guided me through the homebuying process with patience, kindness, and encouragement. I don't think I've ever been as stressed as the time between finding my home and closing. No matter how high my anxiety was or how many times I reached out to Kelly with questions or concerns (no matter how ridiculous they were), she always answered right away and with a calmness that always made me feel better.   Our realtor referred us to Kelly so we could be see what we qualified for as we began our home buying journey for a bigger home since our family grew. I don’t know if I can even type how helpful, honest, and just straight up amazing Kelly was in helping us. I was beyond stressed because we were also selling. Kelly answered so many questions, sometimes the same questions over and over and never did I feel like I was bothering her. She even went above and beyond to be my go to person for the selling of our house that she wasn’t associated with. I don’t know if I could have did all that we had to do with buying, selling, and life with 4 kids without Kelly. Im not going to lie, I miss talking to her as much as we did, she’s really amazing!!!

  Kelly was amazing! My fiance and I had been exploring the idea of buying, but being first time buyers and with the wild market of 2021 I was unsure so I reached out to Kelly.   After being referred to Kelly through my real estate agent ..I was filled with mixed emotions not knowing what to expect being a first time home buyer .. however she made the process so easy ..and was such a joy to work with ..I highly recommend Kelly Haughley ..   Kelly Haughey was an amazing loan officer, she was experienced, knowledgeable, helpful, had absolutely wonderful communication and just a very positive and welcoming attitude. She is simply great at her job. I found her after I had worked with another loan officer at PNC for over 3 months and that loan officer said there was nothing that could be done in my situation to secure the loan. Luckily, I reached out to Kelly with regarding securing a loan for a home and she answered all my questions that day and we closed on the house within the next 2 and a half weeks. I would highly recommend her regardless of your home buying situation!
