  I love Kelly Barr State Farm! Kelly, Lauren, and Sami are all very friendly and super helpful. They checked up on me when I’ve filed a claim with a a personal text message and phone call, not just a generic email saying that they’ve received my claim. When I bought my first house they did an excellent job at explaining the different policies to me which made it easy to choose the one that fit my needs. They even let me know of a discount bundle with home and auto! These women care deeply about their customers and the people of Hahira as they frequently give back to the community. I feel very safe and protected in their hands!

  Always a pleasant experience! The staff is awesome! They are always very friendly, helpful, and do what's best for their customers. I've never been disappointed by the quality of service at Kelly Barr's office. Highly recommended!

  Kelly is such a wonderful person! Her team is always very friendly and professional. As a colleague, Kelly had been a great resource for not only me but my team as well. She and her team have assisted my customers relocating to their area in such a way that it was a seemless transition for the customer. What an great asset Kelly Barr State Farm is to their community.

  Every time I go into the office Kelly and Amanda know me by name. They are extremely professional and very friendly. They have been able to assist me with multiple insurance needs. They quickly transferred my policies from Florida to Georgia. I have my auto, life and rental insurance through their office. It makes it easy to have one payment for all of these items. If I ever have any questions they have been able to quickly find the answers and resolve any issues that have come up. There are many State Farm offices to choose from in Valdosta, but I know that I've got the best one in town. I can't say enough good things about Kelly Barr's office.

  I met Kelly a number of years ago and at that time I didn't have insurance with State Farm. She never mentioned about insurance the entire time. I had a disagreement with my previous insurance agency and switched. Point being if you want an honest agent who doesn't pressure you or opts you into more than you need this is your agency. I wish I would have switched years before.

  I can not say enough great things about this office full of sweet and professional ladies! I have spoken with them several times on different issues and they are always so pleasant and eager to help. I believe it was Lauren I spoke with the most and she was always very patient and never once seemed bothered by my multiple questions!! I highly recommend checking them out for any of your insurance needs!
