  We have owned our home for many years, so this was the first mortgage process (on a 2nd home in Arizona) that I've gone through for a very long time. Most of the groundwork had to be done when I was on the road for business and Karen Mckay and the others were a delight to work with. Very patient and took the time to explain the details and "why" the various requests were being made.

  They will ask for 100 documents under the sun. Pull your credit then give a pre-approval. Once you are under contract they will ask for another 100 documents, pull your credit and give you a denial. A complete waste of your time and fruitless credit pulls. I own multiple pieces of real estate. I am more than qualified and have excellent credit. This is officially the worst lender Ive ever worked with.

  Loan sheet was send by Bonnie G., agreed and then for eSign the cost was increased.Be careful!!! Took them days to fix it, and after they wanted to charged me fees for extensions.Delays they cost, not me . I am so mad at them for those circles and being unprofessional.Keller is a big name but this lender doesn't work as it should. also I just find out they dont service the lona, they will transfer it after closing. New headaches since loan officer never responded me about my concerns to pay off the loan. Please shop more lenders. I am already into this hole .I just hope they will do better
