  Keith is a great mortgage broker. I have used him for now the third time which included both personal and investment properties. He is very knowledgeable and always comes through with better rates than those offered by vendors recommended by real estate brokers. It pays to shop around. And not only does he get great rates but he is very responsive and always makes sure all the i's are dotted and t's crossed so closings get done quickly and efficiently.

  I have done at least 4 mortgages/refi's with Keith over the past 10 years or so and highly recommend him to anyone searching for a loan. My wife and I have complicated asset holdings/structures which makes applying for a mortgage quite complicated for us, and Keith's thoroughness and attention to detail have helped the process be smooth sailing each time. This past time as COVID-19 hit, he proactively reached out to us to take advantage of great rates when it started, and then closely babysat the situation in order to ensure it went through as financial markets began to go crazy. He is great to work with and a good guy - not the pushy sales type at all. We could not recommend him higher.
