  Alex and his team did a great job in refinancing my mortgage. The digital platform they use is easy to navigate. The closer came to my home and completed the process in less than an hour.   Great experience with CrossCountry Mortgage on purchase of an investment property (Jan 2020). Alex, Jim, and Mari were professional and well-organized, making sure to keep us informed of what was completed and what was still outstanding to secure our loan. Excellent communication via phone and email to help us stay on top of everything throughout the process. This is a high-end and polished group--highly recommended.
