  KD Mortgage broker and team are the best you can get to purchase a home. They got us the best interest rate, best terms, 10 year mortgage, and no money at closing! Both seller and buyer cheered! KD team takes their time, researches for the best deals, are very genuine in working to get the best terms for the customer, and provides added value to the package to benefit the customer. They put in the time and effort to serve the customer to the very best of their ability. Sometimes that take more time. I learned that patience pays off in the end!
