  Professional, responsive and understanding is what comes to mind. They performed the work, followed up appropriately and called the crew back to redo anything not up to standard. When my insurance company refused to pay and made me jump through hoops, they helped me with resubmitting documentation, answered after hours text messages from me and coordinated with my adjuster. The service level was unbelievable. I can’t say enough about Rumsey and it’s staff. A big thank you to Mike, Damien and crew as well as the office staff for being patient and professional even when I had to say, “no , I don’t have the checks yet “, multiple times for weeks. Thank you!

  I cannot say enough about how wonderful Rumsey Construction and Restoration was in response to our water mitigation and cleanup. They were out here the day we called. They clearly explained the whole process. They are pros at dealing with the insurance company and got everything paid. Damian the manager, Jackson and Jacob the project managers were professional, courteous, prompt and I would 100% recommended them for any water mitigation issues. Thank you , thank you!!! There are mitigation companies and then there are professionals who take pride in their trade.

  This company did the water mitigation on my kitchen. They were supposed to do the rebuild but I just got a call from Damien the manager and he said the job was not profitable enough for them. He called me at 5 on a friday and the cabinets will be delivered Monday. So they are really leaving me in the lurch. He had months to tell me this would not be a profitable job but waits three days before I get the cabinets! I have been without a kitchen for 7 months now. I have MS and stress is not good for MS patients. What I did to deserve to be treated this way I have no clue. Do not use this company because they may do the same to you!

Unfortunately, we cannot handle projects where customers have purchased their own materials, as we cannot warranty our work.   It’s hard to find and honest and trust worthy company to do business with when you are frantic after a devastating loss but Rumsey stepped up to the plate and delivered. Michael fuller, our project manager was great to work with. He kept in constant communication and let us know where we were in the reconstruction process. Our place turned out beautiful and I will make sure to share the level of professionalism and service provided by this company. You really won’t go wrong by contacting them.

  I used Rumsey Construction and Renovation for their water mitigation and demolition services after my attic water heater ruptured causing extensive damage to my 1st and 2nd floors. Jackson was the assigned Project Manager for these services. I found him to be knowledgeable as to what was going on and what needed to be done. He was very professional, friendly and approachable and punctual. In fact he came over on a Saturday morning to swap out a leaky dehumidifier. I’ve had a wonderful experience with Rumsey thus far and it’s all due to Jackson. I would absolutely recommend this company and would certainly use them again. Best Regards, John V .

  Jacob Horn from Rumsey came to give us expert advice on a rotted band sill and bay window. He was helpful, professional, honest and very knowledgeable. I was highly recommend Jacob and Ramsey to anyone who is undertaking a big home construction project.

  This past summer I had a water leak that traveled to the kitchen, Den, powder room and computer room. I immediately looked for a renovation company that would work with the insurance company. I contacted Rumsey Renovation and Jeron Tanner came out the next day to survey the situation. Upon inspection, he contacted the insurance adjuster and together they estimated the damage. Jeron did a wonderful job in dealing with the insurance co. Once approved the demolition started and Mike Fullbright was the Project manager. He did a super job in getting the contractors to come on time and complete the necessary work. He was honest and always returned my calls and emails. He made sure that I was satisfied with the completed work. It was a real pleasure working with him. In total, I am very pleased with the completed renovation

  Damien once again you came through for us. I called you late on a Friday about water intrusion on one of our projects and you immediately had someone show up that evening. then they cam back on Saturday just to check everything. Job was completed in a timely manner. This is the reason you are our go to guy for this type of work. Thank you.

  Josh and Isaac were great at getting the drying and demo/cleanup handled. We await estimates and restoration now. If this goes as well as the earlier work I’ll be more than satisfied.

  I cannot recommend Rumsey enough. I had some damage done to my home and needed repairs ASAP. I worked with Jeron & Mike who made the process from start to finish a breeze. They were professional, upfront and thorough. The quality of their work is great. You cannot tell that there was any damage done. Honestly, they did a better job than the original builder. They were quick to come out and give me a quote and were completed with the job when they said they would be done.
