  I have had the pleasure of working with KB Mortgage for a number of years. They are honest, strategic, unbelievably patient, and utterly professional. I trust Mikes judgment and feel completely comfortable working with him. Dealing with Mike and his team has been a great experience for me and the entire company. He prides himself on a high level of customer service and goes over and above for his clients and employees. He is very professional, ethical and experienced. Mike also has an amazing ability to collaborate with his back office, which includes processors, underwriters and closers. Since we’ve been working with Mike and his team we have had no closing issues and he would never ask us to do something that would jeopardize our livelihood as a title company. He explained everything, answered all my questions, and locked me in with a great rate.
