  Aureus was on the list of recommended businesses for my insurance, and I'm glad they were. This business is so responsive and has great customer service. My part was delayed and they did everything they could to keep me informed and get my part ASAP. They worked with my insurance company, rental company, and did great work on my car. I had a slight issue months later. Jeff actually remembered me, remembered my car, and made time ASAP so he could take a look. They fixed it on the spot - this group really stands behind their work. I couldn't be happier.

  Aureus did a FANTASTIC job fixing our newer car that had an unfortunate incident with a snow pile! Their work was AMAZING and the best rate in town. We will definitely use them again if needed - top notch professionals! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  Had some rust repairs done to my '03 civic. They worked hard to keep the cost below the value of the car so I wouldn't have to scrap it. Afterward when I took the car to get inspected, I asked the tech how the repair looked. He said the repair was solid and it looked like it was sealed up good so there will be no other rust issues. I highly recommend these guys for any body work.

  I spent $4200 out of pocket to have the rocker panels replaced on my 2008 Ford Expedition in 2015. Five years later the rocker panels have failed. Specifically, they have come apart at the pinch welds and are basically hanging loose. I have had this verified by two independent auto body shops. Each of the shops said there is no way the repairs should have failed five years later. Both shops also said the rocker panels were probably glued and not welded. It should be noted that the car is garaged for approximately six months each of the last five years while we were at our Florida residence over the winter. I took the vehicle back to Aureus for remediation and was told by the owner, Tom Bemiller,, to my face that Aureus is not responsible because the failure was due to rust and not poor workmanship. This company does flat out not stand behind their work. We are now headed to court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

  Keith, I am very sorry that you are unhappy with the rust repairs we completed for you back in 2015. Those rocker panels were disintegrating back then, and unfortunately, the rust has returned and eaten through them again. When performing these kinds of repairs, we can never be certain that the rust has been completely eradicated, and for that reason, we are unable to warranty rust repairs as we would a collision repair (lifetime warranty).   I had work done on my 05 Silverado at Aureus, and they are the most professional and prompt people / shop I have ever dealt with. The work was performed quickly, and very well, no issues. Additionally, they cleaned my entire interior on top of the exterior after their body repairs. This left me shocked, and very impressed.
