  By far, Kay makes things happen. When an opportunity to obtain loan came I needed to move fast to get capital, Kay was able to pull from a multitude of resources to get us the best loan deal. Other companies couldn't do what Kay did. With tons of knowledge and experience and extremely expeditious and loan approved and funded within a week of application. Incredible! Very happy that we used her and would definitely use them again!

  Far and away the best Everything Under the Sun Real Estate Agency! Worked with us to get all documents in, staying on task, helping to qualify for our dream home, to re-finance to get lower rates, to get loan to renovate.   I had a great experience dealing with Kay. She was very well informed, well connected, and eager to please. She did everything she can to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.   I really recommend Kay, I had not so good of credit and she never gave up and found the way to make me qualify. when I’m ready to refinance I’m definitely going back to her. I tried many different lenders befor her and not one of them came close to Kay, she is a great lender.
