  My husband and I recently purchased our first home and we used Team Katie via Total Mortgage as our lender. I cannot say enough great things about Katie and her team. I mostly worked with Samantha Sirmaian and she was wonderful. She was always responsive via email and text. She always got back to me quickly and answered every question I had. Everyone on Katie’s team is great. I would highly recommend Team Katie to anyone looking for a lender!

  Katie and her EXCELLENT team are committed to taking care of you from the beginning to the end of the process. I was grateful to be prompted for paperwork and updates as well as being cheered on and supported when it seemed to take forever (!) Everyone was helpful, forthright, and available.   Katie got us our home when other lenders were giving us a hard time due to Covid and my husband being out of work for 2 months as a "nonessential" worker. She was prompt, very informative when we had questions and really nice to work with. I will recommend her for sure to everyone!!
