  This was a truly effortless experience. Denise's communication was open, honest, professional and always accurate. She explained every step of the entire process. I am a detail person, Denise was willing and able to not only address my questions and concerns but anticipated them, brought them up before I did then guided me through them completely.   Best home buying experience. Yes it’s my first home but for what total mortgage (Denise Peach) went through to get into this home was far beyond what any other bank or mortgage company would have gone through. I know families that have bought homes an had denial after denial due to different circumstances within the property or with the property and the banks just didn’t want the hassle. What total mortgage did for me was make a dream and a future come true for me and my family and for that I’m forever grateful and thankful to have worked with them. That’s why they get my five stars ⭐️ and I’ve already recommended an will continue to recommend them.

  Denise was EXCEPTIONAL to work with. Our initial lender was very slow responding, so we switched to her. Communication was swift and so was moving through the process.
