  I worked with Shakeya at this agency and it was an absolute pleasure.   Just moved to NYC and my landlord said I needed Renters Insurance. I was clueless so I called State Farm. Steve guided me through the whole process. It was quick and easier than I was expecting. Steve made sure I was getting the exact coverage I needed and didnt over sell me.

  Switching to State Farm was the best decision I have ever made in terms of choosing an insurance company that is right for me and that is all because of Steven Jean. Since I’ve joined State Farm Steve has made everything so easy for me and my wife. From switching our insurance to a new vehicle to explaining how claims works when getting into an accident. Steve always has our best interest at heart. I have never had to work so effortlessly toward anything until joining state farm. Steve is informative, with answers to all of my questions. If he doesn’t have the answers he finds out for me through a colleague. Steve is patient, I call him quite frequently (not to bother him but because I trust him) and sometimes the call is just to say thank you. Thank you for all of your help through the years. You have never steered me wrong. My wife and I truly appreciate your time, efforts, and patience. When we had our son he reminded me that life insurance is now something I should consider. It didn’t cross my mind until Steve mentioned it. And I’m glad he did! You deserve only greatness because that is what you give. I’ll forever be a State Farm customer as long as Steven Jean is able to be on the other side of that phone when I call!
