  I've tried hard for the past two years to let the bank know that one of their customers was no longer at the address of the apartment I moved into. I've called this branch, sent two emails to customer service, sent a message via their website, and also sent many envelopes back to them. They persist in sending the mail to my address despite my many attempts to get them to stop.

  Customer service is really bad. As the other reviews say. You should not think that the Bank of Korea is a little low. Loans are also very difficult. Absolutely rain... I also thought it would be convenient because it was the Bank of Korea, but I regretted it. After using it a few times, I just closed the account. Why is “fee” trying to get it like that? customer service is horrible as other people say. I assume most of their cusotmers are koreans and they use it b/c of ​​ease of language… but other than that, i have no idea how they survive with this bad of a customer service/experience. Don't waste your time here. Theres a reason why a lot of people gave it a 1 star.

  It's kind and nice, but why do everyone say something? Are you only friendly to Koreans? I don't think that's it, Everyone looks kind to me. For first-time visitors, feel free to enter immediately. ^^

  Customer service is really bad. I also saw the stupidity of saying that you don't need an account number for internet banking (Isn't the account number popping up if you just enter your name?) I thought he was born in the US because he didn't even know the units of provincial and provincial governments in Korea. Makes middle school education suspicious. When I opened an account, they said that they would not accept one ID or another, but they gave me an option to do internet banking. He was a person who wondered how he worked in a bank with that head. As with other branches, there is a greatness that is generally unfriendly and unpredictable.
