      I was wrong about Katapult. They were understanding when the pandemic hit and honored my buy-out price even after I passed the due date. My kids love their beds and we love the counter stools.

      Horrible horrible company to ever consider. Where do I begin. I ordered a backyard patio set from wayfair in May and signed with katapult for leasing. Immediately katapult took their money, and continue taking money every 2 weeks before I even received my product! I received an email from katapult saying my product is on back order till November 10 would I like to cancel. I said yes and canceled m, katapult has been harassing my phone calling non stop demanding payment for a product I never received! I told them numerous times my order is canceled, they continue taking out $48 every 2 weeks and keep calling to collect payment. Ridiculous and poor communication between way fair and katapult. They owe me money!!!!!!!

When there is a delay in the merchandise being delivered to the customer, we do advise for the customer to contact us immediately. We will be able to submit a Delayed Delivery Incident and also disable the automatic payment feature. This process has to be taken due to Katapult not having access to our partnered retailer delivery information. Since the order was requested to be canceled by you Steven, on our side we will have to submit a Cancellation Incident and disable the automatic payment feature. Once we receive confirmation from Wayfair the order will be canceled, we will be able to process a full refund. Steven, the proper steps have been taken to assist you in this matter.       It’s been a headache with them since I was approved/ accepted the loan on Nov.21 of 2019 everytime I went to make a payment there was a past due balance ( since the very first payment and they always “claimed” to correct it which obviously never was!) Multiple reps told me the initial amount of money I paid was going towards the full balance (a question I asked SPECIFICALLY !) and 5 days before my 90 day same as cash is up I find out the initial fee did NOT go towards my total balance it was an “application fee”, my total pay off balance was STILL $107.39 higher than it was supposed to be (which they supposedly corrected, we will see when I pay it off)! Resolution per the manager on duty.. Go back to listen to the calls to coach whichever representatives misinformed me about the “application fee” .... (something for their benefit, and absolutely NOTHING for my troubles/inconvenience) Moral of the story, I’d go else where it’s NOT worth the headache and hassle!

      Signed a contract for Jan. -Dec. Auto draft. When contract was fulfilled they kept on trying to draft my account and actually got an extra payment somehow after it was declined by my bank! They did nothing to try and correct or reimburse. Total too offs! Will NEVER do business with them again. I had to start my bank account anew again complete with new debit card! I had no money for two weeks!!!

      Initially, I had written a bad review about this company. Somehow my payments were not being applied to my bill although my bank had issued the money to them. I called and didn’t recieve any resolution initially and it seemed like I was being scammed because I couldnt recieve a straight answer about where my money had gone. But within 24 hours of my problem and writing my review I was contacted by a very pleasant and helpful supervisor who assisted me with my issues. I was informed that the problems that I had was being resolved promptly and they took ownership of the issue. They explained to me it was a technical glitch with their computer system and assured me of its speedy resolution. Although I wouldn’t use the company again I can say that they were able to resolve my issues and if it hadnt been for the money glitch my experience would not have been that negative. I will warn however there is a lot of fine print. Make sure you know the details of your “renters” contract with them prior to utilizing their services. Also always monitor your account to assure that your payments are being applied to your bill.

      Janelle, sorry you had a bad experience. I can assure you we are not here to scam anyone. To clarify, a lease is not a loan and there is no interest. You make payments to us and when you are ready you can payoff your lease and own the items. We offer a 90 day early purchase option which I believe you are referring to. Once that time passes you're able to purchase at a discount of your remaining payments or go full term and own your items. The sooner you payoff your lease the more you can save.       Had an excellent experience with an agent, she spent an hr in a half trying to figure out why my order wouldn't go through the Wayfair site. WAYFAIR was aware of the issue since July 6th and did nothing. It's so nice knowing you'll be taken care of with Zibby.

      This company charges you 50% interest. I can’t believe this. I Call them and I asked to speak to the manager and after 10 min of waiting the manager pick up the phone and told me that the call was bing monitored and i slayed ok because I was doing the same. He got so mad and hang up the phone one me. So unprofessional and very rude. He should know that our interest rate which is again 50% pays him. So next time “manager” be nice and try to explain to people what’s going on instead of Hanging up the phone because it’s your duty to explain any question that any costumer asks you.

      When time came due to replace a failing laptop, it was thanks to a program like Zibby that helped save the day, by giving me an option to pay over time to replace my old system with a new one and help keep me from being able to stay connected in this technological society. And with this day in age, its important, as without there program, I would have possibly been out a laptop for a few months trying to save up.. which could have meant failing a program I am in to help advance my primary career, but also make it hard to connect with potential customers for my commission services as a part time seamstress and crafter, which I do to bring in extra money. Now I can know my services and studies to advance my career aren't being interrupted due to not being able to get online to connect to my programs online portal and to my potential customers through my online portals I sell through.
