Lizabeth Evans1Why is it that NYS unemployment chose a bank where there are no branches at all on Long Island? No one answers the phone when I call...all autimated and no help! Two konths to finally get unemployment and my money os tied up on a card where I cannot get to it. I tried Bethpage Federal in Patchogue, Long Island, and they day they cannot give me the money. Since their branches are not fully open? What is this nightmare we are all being put through? I can go to Home Depo . But my bank can't open? Such utter nonsense!

Lisa Holloway1They lost my title to my vehicle, the first person I spoke with told me that the dealership never sent them the title (Lie!) I spoke with the dealership who has record of sending them the title of course. After going to the new jersey motor vehicle, waiting for 9 hours due to covid and being turned away because whoever wrote the lien termination letter wrote the vin number for the vehicle incorrectly! The second person told me they sent the title (but not the title lien removal, paid in full and lien termination letters) to an address that I haven't lived at in 15 years. Turns out the second person never completed my transaction of change of address (to my actual address) or the replacement title being sent to me. THIRD person did another change of address and a third lien termination letter only to send it with the WRONG VIN NUMBER AGAIN and to inform me that they do NOT have a duplicate title as the second woman told me they did!!!. Now waiting on a FOURTH lien termination letter. GET IT TOGETHER. WORST BANK EVER!!!!

Jan Robinson5I went to Key Bank with a fairly complicated problem that my personal bank (in Queens), could not or would not help me with and subsequent tries to get a government check cashed @ other venues had not worked. My transaction with Key Bank was complicated by the fact that the a/c I'd had with them to handle my mother's estate had been closed for two years and in the meantime, that upstate bank had been taken over by Key Bank and there was no record in the Key Bank system of the account. George & his associate on the floor were very helpful, and since I had bank statements of the old a/c, and my paperwork was in order, he set up a new estate account and I was able to deposit the check. Although I did wait about 15 minutes to meet with George, I was so happy with the results that I considered this interaction to be one of total satisfaction.

Nikolai Yert1If you have a choice, use any other bank. KeyBank is dishonest and unhelpful. I was hit with a fee on a savings account that in turn triggered another fee. These fees recourred every month until my account went to zero. During this time, I was never alerted to the money they were taking. Only after the balance hit zero did a newly hired branch manage reach out to make sure I knew what was going on. These compounding fees feel very unethical, and after looking up other banks, these fees seem to only exists at KeyBank. I would not recommend their service to anyone. Any other bank will surely treat you better.

James Hartley5Had a great experience with Jasdeep Kaur closing on a home equity loan, she was super helpful, friendly, and patient. Beware: There was a line down the street both times I went so make sure you have an appointment if you're seeing a banker!

D Hernandez1Worst customer service! I’ve been on the phone for hours waiting for a agent and no one seems to pick up! It’s frustrating to know that it’s 2 days in a row and not one single person picks up. Unemployment made the worst decision with this bank. I definitely don’t recommend this bank.

kayheim kizer1I have been calling for two days straight stay on hold for three hours at a time, then they just hang up dont answer! I been on hold eight hours no answer! They froze my account and i cant access my money and i cant speak with no one! My daughter needs milk and food... This is a disaster. My first time using them and after two transactions this happen. They only have one number!!!

IRVINE CALLINGS5Good customer service and cheap check cashing compared to other banks. I had started off with a negative review because of the long line. But the line moved fast and the people were kind so I changed my mind. I would recommend this branch over other banks and check cashers in the area. Cheers! Thanks a lot.

Raymond Corey1This is a horrible bank. The State of New York put my unemployment in this bank despite me signing up for direct deposit several times. I went to the bank to withdraw my some money. I waited in line for about an hour only to find out that they had no money.
