  Was my favorite credit union, that I would rave about, but having no branch open on Saturday is really making it difficult for me to conduct business when I work during all of their business hours (9 to 5 mon - Friday) so not even a late evening option.

  Called ahead of time to make sure they were open on Saturdays. I explained that we need to speak to someone about getting preapproved for a mortgage. They said they had someone there on Saturdays for mortgages. I asked if we needed an appointment and the young woman said no. Made the trip up, because Saturdays are the only days my significant other and I have off together during banking hours. The teller was rude and said there is never anyone there on Saturdays about mortgages AND appointments are needed. I explained we called and was told otherwise and he was unapologetic. I was uncertain if the interaction was over because he just walked away, didn’t say have a nice day and left.

  Love love love this credit union and all of the people who work here. They go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Best credit union I've ever experienced!

  Very convenient bank but most people that work there are horrible. They treated me like a criminal when I want there to make my brother's car payment. I am glad I don't have to go back there again👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

  Unfortunately I'm giving one star due to the website giving false hours I drive all the way here from fairfax because you were supposed to be open until 3pm on Saturday, I guess I'm changing banks due to a wasted trip and gas, thanks alot😭

  They charge $3.50 to 7se my debit card.

  Thank you for your review, Penny! I know a fee is charged at ATMs outside of our network, but if you have our Kasasa checking account and meet easy monthly qualifications, up to $20 of your ATM fees will be refunded each month automatically.

  What happened to being open on Saturday it’s not a holiday and sign says open Saturdays

  Hi, Tim! Sorry for the confusion and thank you for your question. To keep our members and employees safe throughout the pandemic, our branch hours changed on 4/4/2020. The new branch hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm and closed on Saturdays. We've released information about our current plan for reopening our branch lobbies: In mid-June in-branch availability begins, by appointment only. In mid-July lobbies at some branches will open. Other branches will continue to be accessible by appointment only. Then, in late July, all branch lobbies except our South Burlington headquarters will open. Appointments will be recommended, but not required. Finally, in September we plan to reopen our South Burlington lobby. I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
