  Karma helped me get an incredible rate for refinancing our house. She was super responsive and professional at all stages. She works hard to get the job done, and she was patient with me when I had questions. I highly recommend using Karma at Motto Mortgage as your mortgage loan originator. I happen to know Karma very well, and I've often I've heard her giving people great advice and even advising them whether refinancing was the right move for them at that time. She knows her stuff.   This is my 3rd house to buy working with Karma!! She is amazing about staying in touch and offering great advice. Never worked with any other mortgage firm that does what she does. Will only use her in the future if I buy another house!!

  Karma did an exceptional job with setting up a mortgage for me for my first home. She was able to get me a fantastic rate and took care of all of the paperwork. I wouldn't have known where to begin. She is very professional and always responded to my messages in a timely manner. Everything was well explained and seamless. I couldn't recommend her more. I will be using her again in the future.

  Karma was excellent!!! She worked diligently to get us approved. We were told by 3 other lenders that we would have to wait another year to obtain a loan because of my husbands work history. I had just about given up. Then was referred to Karma at Motto. KARMA was able to get us approved AND closed on our new home in 30 days!!! Also she did all the work!!! All we did was gather the initial documents and she did the rest!!!! It really was a painless process. She stayed in contact with us....pretty much daily, throughout the 30 days, she jumped through all the hoops for us and now we are home owners:):) Thank you Karma!! I could go on and on about how thankful we are!! She was wonderful!

  Karma is the best. She is super professional and so kind! We will definitely recommend using her. She worked very hard and got us through the tough hurdles we had to overcome. Karma kept us up to date every step of the way, even on the weekends. Each time after speaking with Karma, it felt like there was always a little light at the end of the tunnel. We all prayed and our prayers were answered. Today we became homeowners!!!!!!!! Thank you Karma!
