      I really do understand that due to Covid y’all are doing appointments to come in the lobby but at the very least could we get one real drive thru teller line. A virtual teller does nothing for me if the ATM is rejecting my cash and then the best customer service in the world (sarcasm entered here) to tell somebody to just drive 20 minutes out of their way to put a couple dollars in their bank account because the location was done taking lobby appointments for the day.

      This location is much faster than the one by my house and I can do most of my business with the atm features. Usually, I love this location. However, the last 2 times I've used the "virtual teller atm" $5 has mysteriously disappeared from my cash deposit. The first time it happened I assumed I misscounted but today I know for a fact there were 3 $5 bills in my deposit. I noticed the deposit amount was off and selected to return the bills and only 2 of the $5 bills were returned. I don't know if the money is getting stuck in the machine or what's going on but I won't be using that machine (3rd drive thru lane) for my cash deposits anymore.

      The arcade location is terribly slow, wherher they have one or two cars. Lobby is still closed for what reason I do not know everyone else seems to be able to handle being open and safe. UPDATE. recieved a call from regional manager. Concerned and eager to help cut the wait times. Customer service is great! ..... but still 15 min. Wait. Finally left. Again. 4th time.

      Walked in with my same sex marriage licence from Chicago and photo ID to change my name on our joint account to match my husbands name. I was apprehensive there may have been some awkwardness, an insensitive comment, but both people I spoke with were totally helpful and job done. New cards with the new name on its way :-)

      They had 5 staff members and 0 people inside 2 car in the drive thru me being one . Took forever . Get somebody to assist me. Always had a awful experience here . Very un-happy .

      So, a teller doesn't know how to type and puts my money in someone else's account, now i get to wait over 10 days for arvest to decide if I get my money back or not? Is this some sort of joke?

      Husband cashed his check here and was cheated out of two dollars, no receipt or anything and they didn't even put it in our account.
