  I'm skeptical calling insurance companies because I never felt that they were ....fair. A friend referred me to State Farm, and I called and spoke with Melissa, she was awesome! Very polite, very helpful, and was very "fair" :) I'm glad I made the call. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed to get the best insurance for my money. Thank you Melissa.   Have been with this location since buying our home in 2015. We use them for both home and auto. I couldn’t be any happier with the level of service we receive from Karla and her team! They are always so pleasant and informative!

  I have been with State Farm for a number of years and use them for all policies. I have recently started using them for my business insurance. The team they have in place is always super helpful. When I email them for any documents they go above and beyond to get them to me as quick as possible. Helps my business run smoothly.

  I have been with Karla Foxvog State Farm for 15 years. They are incredibly efficient all of the time. I have never had to leave a voicemail. Someone always answers the phone and if that person can’t do what I need done , which is usually needed very quickly, that person will find the person who can do it. In a time where automation has taken over most companies and a phone call turns into a computer generated response requiring me to be on hold forever , State Farm does it old school. They answer the phone and work with you quickly. Great company with great people. That’s how you run a business !!

  The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Melissa & Karla make everything so easy. Never have to wait on hold or go through those long automated calls! Very friendly staff that you can count on for anything! I would highly recommend! Plus they're local!

  I was pulled over and told that I didn’t have insurance and I didn’t have the information on me at the time to prove that I did and risked being towed . I called State Farm and Melissa not only verified that I was insured verbally and by email , but stayed on the phone and waited for the officer to come back from his car to tell him directly . They make your concern their concern and get you a resolution within minutes if not seconds .
