  Sam Chesney is the best! She is so helpful and sweet and makes you feel like your needs and concerns are important to her. She gives you quick turnaround time, and when you speak to her you feel like you have known her for years. Karen Davis Agency is lucky to have an employee like Sam!

  The team at Karen Davis in Salisbury is AMAZING!!! Not only does the team go up and beyond to assist and take care of your needs, they follow up with you truly like family!!! A huge shout out to my rep there, Ms. Tori Drake!!! This woman is AMAZING!!! She lets you know your options when it comes to their polices and she works with you and takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and aware of your policy and where your monies are going!   I have been a customer of State Farm for years now and have always been with Karen Davis's office. Her team is so helpful and always go out of the way to do what they can for their customers. The staff has grown over the years and each new staff member has always been so gracious and courteous. Misty was the first person I dealt with when becoming a customer and until this very day, anytime I have a question, concern or problem she is right there to help.   I’ve been a client for many years and I’ve always been extremely happy with the responsiveness of the staff for any issues. I’m so excited that you’ve now added Samantha Chesley who I know to be a wonderful professional. Bravo! Many years ago I had a house fire that required a total replacement. For such a tragic situation the local State Farm was excellent in helping me to navigate the process and even checked on me once I was mostly engaged with another State Farm department. I couldn’t think of a better agency to have on my side.

  I had a few questions about home and auto insurances and thought I’d pop into State Farm. Jamie was the first to greet me and was very welcoming. She knew all the answers to all the questions I had. If anyone ever wants good service and help with insurances, I highly recommend you visit her !
