  Kaitlyn helped my first time homebuying experience go very smoothly. She was super patient and knowledgeable. Never did I feel pressured by her nor did she ever make me feel like I was a burden. Anytime I had questions she was very quick to respond and whenever she needed something from me, I would get it to her right away. Therefore my closing went smoothly, on time as planned.

  Towne First Mortgage was incredible, my experience with them was excellent. My loan officer Mrs. Taylor was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process to me. If there was something that I need to do whether it was additional info or to sign documents she didn't wait until the next day she made sure we got things moving along quickly. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to buy a home or to refinance their loan to use First Towne Mortgage. I am a military veteran who had my share of moving around and this was our third home so this experience is at the very top of our list.

  Kate and I met only a few months ago after my brother referred me to her. At that time I didn't feel like I was ready to BUY still working on restoring my credit. Once I consulted with Kate she reassured me that I may be at a good position to get be pre-approved and sure indeed I was.
