  The fingerprinting was good but the guy didn't mention that he only took cash or check, if he did I would have gone somewhere else and I think he knew that.

  Charlie, Very professional. My experience was great. I'm from NY and I visited the office in Palm Desert. I was lost for 30 mins. He finally called me and said I know you're lost stay on the phone and I'll get you here. You don't see that often in customer service and I was very grateful for him soon that for me. Once I got to the office he was kind,courteous,professional and efficient in attending to several customers in the waiting room. While I was there every customer left with a smile on their face. To all my fellow traveling nurses that need finger prints done, if you're in the area I strongly suggest you to stop by! Thanks again Charlie!

  I went to K.O. Income Tax Service online from my home in Las Vegas! It was quick and easy. I never waited in line and got the max on my refund from Charlie. If you need Income Tax Service go here!!! I’ve been doing taxes with him since 2018 an he always gets the job done

  I went to K.O. Notary for a live scan and couldn't be more pleased with the business. Charlie was incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating for someone who had no clue how the fingerprinting process works. He also would always answer phone calls and make sure that he was in the office when I was able to stop by. I highly recommend K.O. Notary and Live Scan Service for its quality of customer service!

  Highly Recommended! Professional, convenient, & quick. We had over 8 Live scan's that needed to be done and K.O. Notary and Live scan came to our office's and had them done in less than an hour.   I had to get a live scan recently for a licensing requirement. I called around and decided to go to K.O. Notary and Live Scan. The pricing was great, service was excellent, and I was out of there in a flash. If I need a live scan in the future, I will definitely return to K.O. They are great!!!

  My accounting firm in Canada worked with Charlie to execute signatures and notarize documents for one of our client's in Palm Desert who was disposing of a condo located in Canada. Our client is elderly and was not able to leave his house and Charlie graciously arranged a home visit with our client. Without the assistance of Charlie, it would have been very difficult to execute the accounting and legal documents necessary to close the sale of the condo. I appreciate the great service Charlie provided!
