  Spent over 8000 dollars and 30 days trying to fix an engine issue didnt fix it. We brought truck to another repairshop they diagnosed issue in 4 hrs..Do not bring your truck to these guys. They have no idea what they are doing.

  They always have my parts ready when I pull in to get them or they delivery them when we ask them too. Their service is great and the Sales Rep Nick is one of the Best! Glad to see him back! Highly recommend them for your trucking needs!!!

  Never been to the store. The parts guy nick is best in industry. I have to call him to get all the parts numbers then I’ll do business occasionally in madison...THATS SERVICE! Let him cover his customers from back in the madison area, your parts sales sales will sky rocket! Know your truck, give nick time, and you’ll never get sent home with wrong parts!! Very smart choice to open a store in that area!

  The guys in service got my truck inspected and fixed when they said they would. Parts man efficiently ordered a mirror for me at a reasonable price. Both were helpful and friendly.

  Horrible warranty policy. I have to buy another part while you decide on warranty? To anyone that wants to know, you buy something here and they sell you on the warranty. Even delivered it to me. Perfect transaction. The part arrived defective but didnt kniw until it was on the truck. Take it off and drive it back to any JX they say. Ok, no problem. Now, I have to buy another one while they decide if its warranty. Could be a couple of weeks they say. I dont have a couple of weeks. If its denied, I am out the money and the part... Good way for you all to pinch money out of your customers. I bought from them on price but the service sucks. I wont be back. I will drive 50 miles either to Nirth or south to not have to deal with JX again. -Steve

  Matt is great, will spend time to get answers for your concerns. Company is top heavy, to many managers who do not know the product. Stay away from nick bonin! He is a cancer, can't trust a liar.

  They are getting there. Staff was cool when I stopped in. Brought the truck in. They cant do warranty work on Cummins engines. What good is a dealer that cant cover their own product?

  God forbid your truck breaks down, got a better chance to get your truck fixed by a roaming herd of honey badgers than you do at this shop.
