  If i could post a 0 star i would not only do they only hire rude people but they get rid of the best ones. They go thru so many good people obviously theres a problem somewhere higher up.

  Most definitely recommend this place. They were very helpful to my mom who doesn't speak good English. Ms. Cleveland was patient & assisted every way she could.

  Absolutely the worst customer service. Store employee Steve was unwilling to help. Slow with his response and un appreciative of his job. Will never apply for a loan here again

  RUDE PEOPLE THAT THEY HAVE WORKING THERE IN THIS OFFICE.RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL.AND ALWAYS RUN THE GOOD ONES OFF.MAYBE THE HIGHER UP OWNERS NEED TO WATCH AND RECORD HOW US CUSTOMERS GET TALKED TO AND TREATED.I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR ABOUT 8YRS AND NEVER BEEN TREATED WITHOUT RESPECT TILL NOW .SO I DONT KNOW HOW WE CAN HANDLE BUSINESS WITH YALL ANYMORE......
