  I paid over $650 to another shop in Grayling to fix my RV generator and it still was not right. I made an appointment to get Just Trucks to fix it. They suggested a possible fix (hidden breaker) and that did the trick.

  We did not use their service, although much closer to our home than Fink & Sons in Grayling. They provided us with an appointment 4 weeks out and we were scheduled to be traveling. Fink squeezed us in and did a great, although time consuming, repair of a very dangerous leaky fuel line. I think that any company geared toward servicing RVs has to be able to accommodate sudden repairs for the traveling customers. It’s part of the business. We made clear that this was not general maintenance or winterizing, and that our trip could not proceed in winter weather without a working generator.

  Cindy, Thank you for the comments. I am sorry to hear that rated us with just 2 stars. Unfortunatly a lot of people love our service department and in that light is why we are so heavily booked. I can understand the 2 stars should we have performed poor service, however you rated us and we didn't even provide ANY SERVICE for you. Isn't that like rating a resturant poor when you haven't eaten there? Give us another chance when you are in the area.

  We had our motor home repaired at Just Trucks a few times this past year. They also winterized our motor home. All services were completed in a timely manner. Estimates were provided for each of the repairs. The cost was reasonable. We are looking forward to some summer travel with peace of mind as our motor home is in tip top shape.   We brought our Class A in for slide out repair. The job was difficult but they found a solution and got the job done. The estimate I was given was approximately $1500 labor and "Probably no more than $500 for parts" The job ended up being a total of $2667.28. I thought I would have received a call because it was that much over the estimate but I was not called until the job was done. One of the items listed at the end of the description of the work that was completed was, "cleaned coach." I certainly hope that I was not charged for this service because when I picked up the RV, the interior was covered in fine dust. The dust is EVERYWHERE. When I drove the RV home, I stood up and my shirt and pants were covered in fine saw dust and the dust is covering the entire interior of the coach. I asked them to check my tires to see what condition they were in and how old they were. I bought this RV used and explained that the person could not remember when they put tires on. There was no note on my invoice of the tire condition and when I called the office to check on the tires, I was informed that they forgot. Also after telling them the the filthy condition of the inside of my coach, there was no offer to have me bring it back in and let them clean up their mess, I simply got a, I will let the techs know..... The work they performed seems good but the customer service and attention to detail needs some work.

  Thank you for the oppurtunity to help you with your Gulfstream motorhome. As you may recall we discussed that your issue was an extensive repair. On 07/17 at 8:09a we discussed that because this this was a unusual repair that the total cost would be a total of time & material, and that it would easily be at least $2000.00. Had we not the ingenuity and the engineering ability this could have easily run well over $5000. Ultimately we spent over 18 man hours, not including any parts or shop supplies. We are hopeful that the mechanical repair you asked us to take care of exceeded your expectations, and works fine. We apologize for not meeting your expectations in regard to the cleaning, but we were 100% focused on your major repair. If you would like to return at your convenience, and when we can coordinate with our cleaning company, we would be happy to clean and dust your unit. While it is here we can review your tires question. If you haven't already spoken to Kevin, I'm sure he can share over the phone how to read the date code on tire.   I Have to update my review. Just Trucks just saved us again! 👍 We called them again 8-23 because of the great service and response time. We use this truck to move Mobile medical coaches through out northern Michigan. This time Leslie showed and replaced 4 batteries on a different tractor for us. He did a great job, was efficient and courteous, you have a great team there at Just Trucks with Leslie and Tyler. Well done. Hopefully, won't need you assistance anytime soon. However, if we do you you'll get the call. Thanks again, well done gentlemen John Alliance Imaging/ANI

  I called and asked for a quote on repairing the water manifold on my RV. I was quoted, "$120/Service Call and $120/hr to make repair". Instead of billing, as quoted, Just Trucks billed $180 travel time, $120 Service Call and $120 to repair water manifold, for a total of $420. First, I wasn't billed properly, there was absolutely no mention in their quote of $180 travel time, this is outrageous! Secondly, they didn't properly repair the water manifold, they put it back in upside-down. My plumbing system was non functional, due to the improper repair. It would only work on "city fixtures", all other functions were non working. After repeated calls to owner Scott, not being returned, I, ultimately paid Ben Davis RV $209, to repair Just Trucks "improper repair". Owner Scott, eventually called, said he would reimburse the $209, but, not the $420. I have refused... he owes me the original $420 back, and I will pay the $209. I have filed a BBB claim, as well as a credit card dispute. I will keep you updated...I was not told about a $180 travel charge, which is totally outrageous and the repair was not properly done and had to be repaired all over again by Ben Davis RV.

  Richard, Thank you for the update on your concern. As soon as you noticed a problem with our repair, you should you have immediately returned to our store, we would have been happy to make the repair right, Just to clarify...every off site service request is quoted $120 call out fee, PLUS $120/hr door to door hourly rate, plus parts. The $180 you mentioned means we had 1.5 hours in round trip time involved. Would you have been willing to visit our store in the first place, there would have course been no travel time fee. We understand that we made an error in repairing water system, and we immediately requested that you provide us a bill ($209) from the next repair center that corrected your concern. It is hard for us to refund your $209, when To date you have refused to comply with a bill from Ben Davis RV

  Been taking our RV to them for a couple years and had no complaints till now. Brought it in for service and when I was to pick it up I noticed a very large scratch on the passenger side they said they would check in to it. They said that they were responsible for it and I could have it repaired at a place I traverse City. So we drove our unit to there and dropped it off. Two days later it was done so we drove the 60 miles to get it. To get it repaired it only cost me 87.00 in fuel. They said send me the bill so I did. Two phone calls later no response looks like not going to recommend them anymore was happy with the service but not the outcome

  Be careful with your property. Desk staff was very polite, and have popcorn to my kids. If you want popcorn, that's fine, but if you need professional service and qualified mechanics, I strongly recommend checking other places in town. They have new younger mechanics who will be sloppy with your unit, and have no idea of the "go above and beyond" concept. They were unable to fix basic things, held my unit for more than two months, and repeatedly told me, in writing, that they fixed it.. only to discover that they did not. It will cost you nothing to talk your options with an alternative service. Just Trucks failed for us. Their excuse was that our unit was old (2003). I have a list of things they did and left unchecked, leading to additional damage. Currently expecting a refund on some of their charges. I will update my review after their response. Good luck.

  We had a complicated electrical problem and had to be towed to this facility. They promptly got at some of the problems and fixed them so we could drive our 2010 Discovery 40X motorhome, which we bought used last October. Al Vandermuehlen told us that he thought someone had been into the battery control center and rewired things improperly (had to be before we owned it). To make a long story short, we left only to return to have a more extensive job done, specifically to replace the transfer switch and the circuit board that goes into the Battery Control Center and to properly rewire. We dont know that anyone else could have figured it all out as they did. By "they" I mean Al Vandermuehlen. Also, their charges were reasonable and fair, considering all that was involved.
