  Julie and her team of angels were wonderful from the beginning to the end of the buying process. We now live in our new home and if we had to do it all again, we would do it all with the same team again!!! Julie and her team is amazing. Her numbers are extremely good compared to others. In addition, not only great people to work with, but also very responsive, nice, respectful and very Human (if it makes sense!!).   Julie helped us originally with our very first home mortgage a few years ago. She kept in touch and now we just used her again for refinancing. It was so smooth and easy. Interest rates are so low right now it's a great decision for most. If you are buying a new home or need to re-finance, Julie and her team are the best!

  Our experience with Julie Nichols was exceptional! She was very helpful in assisting us with getting our loan re-financed with a lower interest rate and we closed within 3 1/2 weeks. During the loan process Julie identified that we were overpaying on our Mortgage Insurance, so she provided us with 3 different Insurance Quotes that she obtained for us from some of her trusted and highly recommended contacts.   Julie Nichols and her team were absolutely fantastic to deal with during our loan process for a home purchase we completed in May 2019. They communicated the entire process up front and guided us along the way for every step. All our documents were easily uploaded through their secure portal from the comfort of my own home and there was no need to get paper copies of every document. Electronic signatures were used for most items and our realtor brought over the couple items that needed original signatures. They coordinated seamlessly with our Realtor and the Title company to keep everything on track and up to date. We even closed earlier than anticipated because the seller requested a faster closing. Julie and her team were able to keep the process well in hand and met the early closing date. It couldn't have been a more smooth transaction and we can't thank Julie and her team enough for helping us through the whole process!!
