  I had an excellent experience with my loan officer Wes! He helped my experience as a first time home buyer very pleasant and quick! Wes was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided top knot service! He was there for me since day 1. If you are looking for someone who would close on time, efficient, quick communication, very knowledgeable, then look no further! I had an awful experience with an online mortgage lender and Wes helped me make it right! He was so quick and hard working! He kept me informed throughout the loan process.   I just purchased an investment property using James Swift and Cassie.   The support and advice we got from our loan officer, Wes, were always excellent! He's been with us from the beginning of our home search and his support was invaluable. At every step of the way, from the first day we talked, all the way through closing, Wes was helpful, he was informative, he was encouraging. He always answered all our questions - and as first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions! Any time we didn't understand something, we knew we could call and he would explain it thoroughly. He was always available and he never led us wrong. Even though it took us a long time to find our house, he encouraged us to keep trying and not give up. He always worked to get us the best. Through all the challenges we had figuring out our budget and what we could get approved for, he fought to give us every advantage in order to maximize our buying potential.   Michael J is an amazing mortgage broker and helped my wife and I secure a loan. We are both self employed and had difficulty finding a mortgage company willing to take the time to read our slightly more complicated finances.   It’s so nice to be able to completely trust the company that is handling your loan or loans. In our case we had two at the same time! It can be pretty stressful but Mary her assistant Alex and the rest of their team made it stress free. I have used her before when she was with a different lender. The first time she did a loan for me, I was single and the loan was a 1031 property exchange. For me it was crazy as crazy gets (at the time I was not set up in a permanent home and renting with no good internet.) And electronic stuff is not my strong suit. But all went well Mary is very confident in herself and her colleagues. It was a terrific loan with wonderful interest rates. This current loan with Synergy 1 Lending is great and was easy-breezy thanks to her and her assistant Alex and of course others in her team. Thank you!

  Jeff an his team were on top of everything. He made my first home buying experience as smooth as it could have been. He was always available and prompt, even at weird times on weekdays and weekdays. He was constantly reaching out to me and my realtor before, during, and after multiple offers that we put in throughout many months. There were many times I almost decided to quit looking, but Jeff always gave me words of encouragement and helped me move on. Jeff's customer service is top notch, and I will 100% work with him in the future

  James is really good at his job. I was a first time home buyer and he really explained the lending process in a way that wasn't overwhelming. He was also very responsive. He was able to put together a pre approval letter the same day after looking at our house. I highly recommend!

  I highly recommend Meredith Hamilton from this company. She’s very attentive, not condescending, and is perfect for the first time buyer. I left each conversation with her with a smile on my face. She and my real estate agent made this a quick, seamless process for me. I truly enjoyed working with her and would refer her any day of the week. She gets 10 stars out of 10!!!
