  Honestly I don’t know from where to begin. In one word i can say incredibly amazed by Juan salas and Geneva service. Great service, efficient communication and a really easy way to get a mortgage with lots of help and support to get the right deal . All responses were prompt and professional. Clearly, the upfront statement on Different options. All questions were answered and explained very well . The attention to detail provided by Juan salas was very impressive and his customer service skills are above excellent. He is an example of any company that is going towards success . I Rate this company 1000 out of 100 they are above any customer expectations. Loved it and will definitely tell family and friends to pick Geneva financial .

  From the moment I called Juan I felt a sense of honesty. I was nervous about working with someone based on past experiences, but Juan was honest with me, informative, and patient. I came to Juan after having a loan fall through causing us to lose a house and earnest money. Juan was always a phone call away even after hours, he kept the ball rolling and the process was completed in the time frame promised. Thank you so very much Juan for all your help in securing our loan for our new home.   Was trying to move from California to Texas, Juan was helping us. Had me complete the application, pulled my credit and proceeded to ghost us. No explanation, we called, left VM’s, emailed and texted and never heard back. We had the credit and the cash to make our move happen, so we couldn’t understand why he randomly started ignoring us.

  Mr. Juan Salas did an excellent job getting me a Home Loan. Since day one, he was there to helped me with anything I needed it. Any question I had, he would give the answer right away and would explain in details how the loan process works. I felt so confident knowing that I was explain everything in a way that It was easy for me to understand. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best loan I could get. He helped from beginning to end and always treaded me with so much respect. I always felt comfortable asking any question I had. He is very honest, dependable, trustworthy and hard working. There is not such a thing as weekends for Mr. Juan, he will work for you if you need anything done during the weekend. Mr. Juan is the best in what he does.   I've now worked with Juan in regards to financing or refinancing on multiple properties. He has by far been one of the easiest, engaged, most knowledgeable people I've ever worked with in regards to real estate financing.   When my wife and I moved to the Houston ;Kingwood area two years ago Juan Salas was instrumental and helpful us obtaining our new home in Kingwood. fast forward two years later we did a refi recently and again Juan was outstanding..Bottom line is Juan is great at what he does very knowledgeable thank you very much my friend. PS would highly recommend.👍
