Devereaux Leget1The most incompetent credit union on the face of the planet! The people are great, but the services and technology is from 1842. It's like they fix one thing and another falls apart. I came in the other day to fix my bank account because I cannot see my statements. They told me it was fixed going back in person twice since no one on the phone can do nothing for me. Then they charged me $55 for the statements that I couldn't get due to their incompetent system. And yet I still can't see my statements. I've had issues for two years with them. I think its time. SMH, once I am able to find another option I am taking my personal and business accounts elsewhere!

With her assistance I easily blocked my account and set up a new debit card which will be available tomorrow. It couldn´t have gone smoother! Many thanks!

jay connor1Horrible service at the valley stream location today. Needed something motorized quick. 1 page that’s it. Was told to sit and someone will be right with me. I waited then went back to customer service asking what’s going one it been a few minutes. Told they will get someone. I ended up waiting 35 mins and had to leave. Had to go pay to get it motorized and also lost half hr pay since late for work. Poor service for simple services for a15 yr plus member. Smh. Terrible !!!

Eileen Mallette1Terrible. Fraudulent charge on my account and it’s been three days and it hasn’t been handled. I couldn’t even speak to a human I had to fill out a form online. With chase you get your money back in 24hrs. 210 dollars gone and I have a time sensitive emergency trip to see my mother. Terrible service. Update, I spent money on an Uber to get here on time so I can reach here in time to get a new card and make my other appointment. Something that should’ve took 5 mins didn’t even occur because the system was down. Now I have to wait 7 business days for a card. I loathe this bank.

Cam RY5Do you like giving banks your hard earned money just to hold your money? Then this isn't the bank for you. Jovia Financial is a different kind of bank. It's a credit union which means you are family. I have been a member for over 10 years and even with moving to another state, JOVIA financial Credit Union is STILL MY BANK. No other bank will ever give me the service levels they provide. They have one of the best customer service in the industry. Calling customer service gets you a real person in the Westbury location. One person in particular Chrissy is exceptional. I don't know what they put in that lady's coffee but they should bag it and give it to some other banks. If you are banking with anyone besides JOVIA then you are wasting valuable time and money. Zelle, they got that. Amazing rates on car loans, they got that. Home and auto loans, they got that. Not to mention the interest you earn each month with their checking accounts. I would never advocate for a bank but like I said before, JOVIA financial is not a bank, it's a credit union so that means you're family!
