  I came to this jeweler when it was owned by previous owner. I asked for a ring to be made bigger. She said absolutely not. I then brought it to the new owners and they made it bigger and said no problem! What a pleasure. I am now able to wear the ring that sat for 3 years in my drawer. Thank you!

  The retailers here give great customer service and have fixed my rings to my full satisfaction. I highly recommend it if anyone needs a jewel or necklace repair.

  The Jewelers were very professional and helpful, prices are reasonable . The hospitality and knowledge was so pleasant. I would refer these Jewelers to everyone I know that needs repairs or to purchase jewerly.

  I had a ring repaired and the gentlemen there were very pleasant and easy to work with. Their prices were reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. I would recommend them highly!

  Recently went to Matthew James Jewlers for the 1st time. I brought several pieces of jewlery I had of my mother’s and my grandmothers to be fixed. They were honest with what pieces they felt would be worth fixing. In the end I fixed all pieces due to sentimental reasons. Their prices were great and repairs were fast. Some pieces were done the same day!!!

  I bought an engagement ring from this store. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This was by far the best customer service I have ever received from a jewelry store and they didn't pressure me to buy anything.

  Very friendly, and even though I was hesitant to leave my chain, he made me feel comfortable enough to do it . It was quick not sure on the pricing cause this was my first time having to use services like this.
