  It s was my first time at this pawn shop . The clerk at the desk was very welcoming and took his time to explain to me the whole process which I really did appreciate . My second time around I was welcome by Vinnie who was also welcoming and so warm . If you want good services this place is a MUST . Clientele service is at it BEST . Number 1 for me !!!

  GEM Pawnbrokers of Valley Stream s grea. The staff, especially Lori Quik, are personable, and warm. They are so very warm and fair. They do their best to treat you well and give you the fairest price. I would recommend them if you have to pawn or sell something. They are the best.
