  Worst bank. They claim if you're union they'll work with you but I'm union and have been union almost 15 years and I HAVE to use other banks for my loans as this place doesn't do anything but say no with no alternatives or solutions. If you don't have perfect credit you want your time with this place. I would recommend capital 1 for auto loans. If my union didn't do business with this place I would never do business with them.

  Journey CU is a fabulous place to work with. They just upgraded their mobile banking and added new features. The staff is always wonderful to deal with in person or on the phone.

  I have banked here my whole life and I've never been disappointed. The staff is very attentive and friendly, both on the phone and in person. I would highly recommend them for a first savings or checking account or if you just want to stay local, this is the place to go!!

  Wasn't impressed. I moved my accounts to this credit union only to have them hold a check for $100!! ....they told me it was because I was a new customer?! Made no sense. After the 90 days required to have an account w them - I closed it and moved to a much nicer and less customer restrictions!!

  They are such a great Credit union! love their customer service and attentiveness. Defiantly recommended by me!

  BEST PLACE TO GET A LOAN! The service I get here feels like family and this bank has helped me being my credit score from a 590 to a 680 in about a year!

  Amazing experience with this bank. Everyone is very nice. I havent had one issue with my banking. I dont understand the few negative comments. Thanks ladies!

  It's awesome they don't mess up on your account, they take there time and do it right and I'd rather have that than someone rushing
