  My husband and I worked with Joshua when we purchased our first home. Because the experience was so phenomenal with Joshua and his team, since then I have referred my coworker and he had just finished helping my Dad refinance. Joshua, Alana and the team yet again have far exceeded my expectations. My Dad stated it was the best and most seamless refinancing experience he's ever gone through. Joshua was kindly able to meet him through zoom to patiently answer all the questions my Dad had. Alana and the team have always been extremely communicative throughout and open to explaining any questions I had a long the way. They are the most professional, efficient and patient team you can find. We will continue to work with them and highly recommend this amazing team to anyone that's looking!

  Absolutely awesome! Joshua and his team were really easy to work with, fast, responsive, and got my loan approved in only 11-days! It was my first time buying a home and like many - I had a lot of questions. Joshua explained everything in detail and provided example scenarios of loans (ie. rates, types, etc...) depending on housing type (ie. condo, townhouse, single-family). It took me a long time to find a home during the pandemic, but Joshua and his team were always patient and helped me put various offers in. When I finally found a home, it turned out that Joshua had worked with the selling-agent before. It's always good to have connections and Joshua is well-known in the industry/community. Once I had my offer in, I had a strict timeline because I was going on vacation in a few days. Initially we were going to wait for final signatures until I came back, but Joshua and his team got everything done really fast and I closed in 11-days! That is unbelievably fast! I had a loan but the closing-time was almost like a cash-offer! It's been a few months now in my new home and Joshua still checks-in from time-to-time to make sure things are going well and answer any questions that may have come up since closing. To summarize, Joshua and his team are the best. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a lender in their home-buying process. Thanks very much Joshua and team!

  We made our mortgage purchase decision in very short timeline. Since we were purchasing a condo in California from Texas, the real state bidding process is very different. A pre-approve letter issued from a loan broker is a must before we can be an eligible bidder. We contacted Joshua Sun from Blue Financial Group and he quickly responded to our request and we were able to get the approve letter in the second day. A video Team meeting setup by Joshua also cleared many questions we had. In the end, we were able to successfully win a bid and closed the deal in 5 weeks. This is unbelievable smooth considering we are buying from out of state and without personally present in California. In addition, Rachel Bettine (Joshua's assistant) also did an excellent job by keep up updated twice a week. I would most definitely recommend Joshua Sun of Blue Financial Group to anyone has loan application need to purchase real state.

  I highly recommend Joshua as a lending partner.   Talk about precision in execution. Josh and his team are knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and responsive. We even closed escrow early. They start with an amazing intro and get to understand where you are and where you need to be. They commit time to reviewing the documents that you provide in their very easy to use platform. Regular updates are provided and make sure to answer your questions. When it's time to close the have all the documentation ready to go and and all your questions are gone.
