  Josh was a perfect fit for us as new real estate investors. He is a great guy who truly wants you to find the right property for you. There was no pressure whatsoever, and he kept us encouraged as buyers in a discouraging seller's market. He was incredibly patient with all of our questions, sought out information that was not easily accessible, and was EXCELLENT at communication. He was such an asset to have with us at walk throughs due to his own investing experience, and helped evaluate the pros and cons of each property. We would have started looking at investment properties years ago if we'd known there was a resource like Josh. Thank you!!!

  Would recommend! Especially if you're an inexperienced investor! I recently purchased my first multi-family property in NH to kickstart my RE investing portfolio, and Josh was instrumental in showing me the ropes to close the deal. Without him, I would have overlooked the pet deposit transfers from the existing tenants and also some minor utility bills that would have had a negative impact on my ROI. He addressed the transfers, and he helped me to negotiate on other items to recoup those miscellaneous costs. Without his expertise, I would be losing out each month on unforeseen expenses. Thanks Josh for aiding me on the first step of my real estate journey!

  Josh was super unprofessional every step of the way. Continually putting us off as if we were of little to no importance. Forced us to severe our relationship. Don't work with him. And now by the response from the owner you can see the continued unprofessionalism I am referencing.

  Sorry you feel this way Spencer. However, I have no idea who you are, and we have never had any agency-client agreement. You simply held a ultimatum over my head and which you demanded a receipt in an hour, while I was on the road. It was an unreasonable request and I don’t do well with ultimatums, especially from people who arnt even paying me. So Good luck to your slandering of other peoples’ pages because u don’t get your way. Weirdo.

  Josh was awesome! We had him look at so many houses, and he had so much patience. He was all for our best interest. I highly recommend him, he is also a real estate investor and he’s been in the real estate world for a while, he has lots of knowledge. Thanks bud we are so happy with our new home.
