  Josh is amazing! We loved working with him! We started with the intent to purchase a new home and went through all the preapproval hoops with him. Then we considered remodeling and refinancing. We had SOOOO many questions and he patiently answered all of them. He carefully explained each of the options we were considering and helped us make the best choice for us.
