  As first time home buyers we were so thankful for Lindsey and Josh!! The loan process was super intimidating to me, and I had heard stories of everything that went wrong with others. Lindsey was kind, reassuring, and encouraging from the first conversation to following up after closing!! I appreciated that we could laugh with her, and have honest conversations too!   Anyone doing a VA Mortgage knows that it is very stressful, any loan is stressful but working with Lindsey from Loan Depot was awesome! She is such an amazing lady and was there for any questions, concerns or emergency that came up. Not only does she know her stuff, she is down to earth and great in high stress times. If it weren't for Lindsey, I may have had a mental break! Josh and Dawn were also great to work with. Very helpful and checked in with me to make sure everything was going okay.   Josh and Lindsay make the loan process extremely easy and stress free. it doesn't matter what time of day. weekend or not they are always willing to answer questions and help keep you on the right track.
