  We had the pleasure of working with Clifton Krotz and his team for our mortgage loan. We purchased a condo and our previous company we tried to go with made the process really stressful and difficult so we ended up switching to Loan Depot and we are SO happy we did! They were professional, very responsive, and kept us updated every step of the way. Clifton was great to work with - super nice and on top of everything. I was a little stressed and anxious about the whole process and they made me feel so much better! My only regret is not going with them sooner. Clifton and his team are a MUST if you are purchasing a home in the MN/WI area! :)

  verry reponsive, informative and professional but schowed compassion at the same time as being knowlageable. i would highly recomend clifton to any freinds and family when buying a home with out a doubt hands down i had an amazing and easy experiance buying my family home back from a third party seller with him by my side guiding me through this once in a life time first and last experiance .

  I was a complete pleasure working with Clifton on our refinance. He was attentive, informative and great at communicating throughout the entire process. The speed at which he was able to process our refinance was incredible, literally 15 business days from application to closing. I highly recommend Loan Depot but more importantly Clifton! Thank you for making our refinance so quick and easy! Incredible experience!!!

  Clifton and team were able to make my dream come true in owning a new home for our family. Not only did he work hard to make it happen he is extremely good at communication when it came to the process. If you want someone who is down to earth and doesn't treat you as just another client , then GO WITH Clifton.. I can't tell you how many times he called me just to make sure I didn't have any questions on the process. Their online process made it 10000% easier to upload documents and get the information needed to them. Thanks again for everything you did for us.
