  Josh and his team are excellent. I was looking to buy during the busy April and May 2021 season. He was able to provide me pre-approval letters within 24 hours because the market was moving so quickly. He also managed to get a timely appraisal (within 2.5 weeks) and he worked with me to find a lending option that better suited my needs. He and his team responded to communication generally within an hour or sooner. The interest rate he locked me in at was lower than online companies.

  Wow...I recently closed on a house and this being my first ever I was constantly stressing over the process. Josh was so patient with me and despite my worries his answers were always spot on!
