  Best mortgage lender. Cache was excellent during the whole process, explain in detail and made it easier for us. Buying a house is the most stressful thing you could go thru and having a lender with his skills was amazing. He was On top of everything and earn out trust right away.   Cache was awesome!! He was friendly and helpful. We had all sorts of questions because this is our 1st time buying a home and he answered them all and never once did we feel like we were bothering him. He gave my husband tips to get his credit score where it needed to be and helped us with every part of the process. We would recommend him to anyone. He took all the stress out of the home buying process.

  What's most noticeable about Cache is his awareness. He prides himself on his ability to keep you abreast of current market trends. Helping you make the best decisions on a day to day basis. His patience with me through this most frustrating of processes was so reassuring. With the market as crazy as it is currently, I was ready to quit many times. But Cache held me together with his expertise. His constant updates and clarification on my progress allowed me peace.   Absolutely phenomenal service Cashe has helped every step along the way. Making the entire process much easier for a first time home buyer like myself. Cashe and his whole team are extremely reliable and always ready and willing to answer any questions that we may have even if it is two or three months after closing! Especially with document signing, attention to detail ensured that my husband and I, even though we were separated due to military obligation, were able to complete our house mortgage papers in a timely manner!

  I love how much Cache Nies cares about his mortgage clients in Colorado and the other states where he is licensed. The truth is there a bunch of bodies in the mortgage industry that are all the same. Cache brings actual knowledge and ideas to the table to help his Realtor partners and that is super unique.
