  Josh has been wonderful to work with. We're first time home buyers and Josh is extremely knowledgable and patient in explaining every detail of the lending process to us. Buying a home is hard enough, but he made us feel at ease anytime we had questions or concerns. It's hard to develop trust with someone you just meet when you're shopping for lenders/rates, but Josh was always so open and spoke candidly so we never felt like we were being hustled with rates. He is also so quick to respond and seems like he is available all the time. If he isn't he's also very open to give you a timeline of when he will be. Again, it was this openness in communication that we really appreciated. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a solid lender who has your back.

  Josh and his team are incredible. They were very responsive during the entire process. He and his team hit the ground running from day one and didn’t slow down until the purchase was complete. Josh also did a great job of taking a personal snap shot of my situation and tailoring the loan to what fit best for me. We were on opposite sides of the state during the entire process and we’ve never met but working with Josh felt like working with an old friend.
