  First time home buyer and this entire process was made so simple with lots of help from Scott and the rest of the team at Fairway Mortgage. I had a billion questions and it was very easy to get a quick and simple answer. Scott helped me close ten days early and walked me through all of the steps of the process. Even after closing, I still had a few questions and a quick phone call answered all my questions. Amazing service from everyone I worked with at Fairway throughout the home buying process.   Scott and his team at fairway mortgage were excellent. He was there every step of the way and if wasn't he had a knowledgeable person that knew all the details with the administrative side of my loan. Even with me being out of state and having to sign all documentation electronically we still closed well under 30 days. He also refinanced my brothers home and I also heard great things about that process. Needless to say he is extremely professional and efficient. We plan on keeping him it the family!!

  Mr Miller went out of his way to help me with VA issues I had. I had three other lender with pre-approval, and Mr Miller was the only said it could get it done and he did it. He also made sure that I was informed almost everyday on where we were at in the processes and anything that I needed to provide. Didn't get the same service from other lender. And Mr Miller is the reason I choose Fairway.
