  I could not have been happier with the performance of Matt & his team!! I truly believe the reputation he and his team have were the deciding factor in finally concluding my four month search for a home. I went over three months with submitting offers on many homes using a different lender (certified & fully underwritten VA loan) from outside of the area. It seemed like as soon as I switched to Fairway, my first offer was accepted. He and his team provided my wife and I phenomenal communication throughout the entire process and never hesitated to answer any questions we had along the way. We cannot thank Matt, Stephanie and anyone else that worked behind the scenes for making our new home come to fruition!!! This group will definitely be my personal recommendation for anyone coming to the area.
