  Joe Rowen is a great guy with an encyclopedic knowledge of mortgages. I work in finance and I have access to a bevy of lending experts but Joseph is usually my first call when I have a question about a mortgage. Oh, and I should mention that when I call he either answers or calls right back. This is an absolutely stand up guy that will have your back and will call you back. He has my recommendation.
