  Thanks to Paul’s team and especially Ana, we managed to produce a tailor-made business plan for our company E2 visa. For beginners like us, this ‘must do exercise’ was not straightforward as we had to rethink our business description, business model and development plan for the future. Straight to point advices were given so that the scope could be easily defined and the structure of the document built. Key questions were use to shape the global content of the document; a bit of mystery shopping was also performed to better understand the business and its processes.
