  After dealing with someone who never communicated and was giving wrongful advice, finding Jon and AmCap was a huge turn around! They were sure and they were thorough, patient and helpful. They were always there for any questions we had and what we didn't understand. Everytime I called or emailed I got an immediate or same day response.   We have done several deals with Jon and Shelley Black this past year. Their communication with us as the real estate brokers was top notch! We never "wondered" where we were in the loan process, and were able to keep tabs for our clients very well with their updates. They always have time for a quick phone call and never make you feel like you're on the back burner. Highly recommend :-)
