Melissa Gilbert1This Chase is the worst I have ever been too! I have never been treated so disrespectful in my life! My mom made an appointment two weeks in advance with a “Private Client Banker” because she wanted me on her account and I live an over hour away. The banker had an attitude to start with and had no idea why we were there, even though we had an appointment with him. He started off by asking really weird questions to us. I was helping my mom answer these questions since he NEVER once addressed my mom by name. Out of know where in a RUDE and an UNPROFESSIONAL manner the banker stated I'm not helping y'all today because you’re (me) answering all the questions for her (my mom). Then pushed "not handed" our IDs back. I honestly could not believe what was happening and even more, the way he was acting! My mom was like, I'm sitting right here so ask me the questions directly. This banker was like well…I don't know what type of person you are while looking at me! Excuse me?!?! What does that even mean? I said to my mom, let's just do this at a later time and at a different Chase location. The banker said I'm notating this on your account. This banker knows who HE is and I will not name you but SHAME ON YOU! This is not how you treat your long time customers regardless of your opinion or what your personal issues are!!

John McManus1Closed account here for multiple reasons, they lost a $9000 check for one, took almost 3 weeks to get it figured out. Now that we closed the account they owe me money and for over 3 weeks have given me the run around, they sent a check, they didn’t send it bla bla bla. Do not use chase if you want good service because they do not take care of their customers or your money!

Rebekah Gilbert1Have been a customer for many years. I have been trying to get a hold of someone to speak with about a business loan, well they don’t do those at the Granbury location. They took my information and forwarded it to Albert Rios in Fort Worth Chase Business Account Manager. He has been no help as well. It should not be so difficult to get someone to return your phone call. Chase obviously does not have time for their customers nor want you to continue to do business with them.

John2Been trying to get a small loan for my small business. Two weeks ago I called and they told me they would call back. I called them back and they said they they were going to forward my request to the right department and they would call me. No calls. This week I haven't been able to get someone to pick up the phone. I need a new bank

Maredith Armontrout2I liked having chase as a bank locations everywhere. But I have never seen a bank close down before 5 on a freaking Friday. Atleast 1 of the ATMs is always down if not both of them. And of course they are closed so you can't go in. Been with the same company for 2 years and 6 months ago they started holding half my check till the next day. My amount dont change. So what has changed with them. Im definatly changing banks. At this point I have sat in line for 20 minutes to use the atm and there are 8 cars behind me. Wouldnt be an issue if I didnt have to pay 2$ and up at other atms. This is BS

Felicia Graham4Had a terrible experience with Chase customer service. Just had to deal with a bunch of nonsense over the phone. However, the branch manager Eric, has salvaged the horrible experience. He helped us so much. If it weren't for him I'd be going to a different bank. He is the only reason I'm giving them a four star rating.

Christy Trub2The vice president branch manager of the bank helped out with depositing my check and removed overdraft fees that were not my fault. However because of " chases banking system" so I was told by customer service, I was allowed to overdraft my account prior to depositing my check but was delayed in receiving cash or use my debit card after depositing a valid state check. Because of where I live, I had to drive 70 minutes one way to the closest Chase bank to deposit the check during business hours. I did this because I knew I was going to need gas money to get back home and had some spending money for the holiday weekend. The branch manager told me just to use my debit card for gas. However my card was declined. I called customer service, they blamed "the banking system", stated they couldn't help me and didn't care that I was stranded 60+ miles away from home and would have to sleep in my truck. Thank goodness I'm smart, had a returnable item in my truck I could take back for gas money. So basically Chase is not concerned about their customers but are happy to charge them.

William Henderson1Very rude. I am (and have been for a long time) a chase customer and was not treated as such. I understand the not wanting people in lobby with the current situation. But was just rude about it . So I go home and call to ask a few questions about the government loan. And instead of listening to even one question she tells me they have no answer. Not professional at all.

I've banked with some of the other banks around Granbury and they can't even measure up to the employees and features this bank has in comparison. everyone has been nice and helpful with everything. They are busy though so make an appointment if you aren't doing basic bank functions.

Whitney Jonas1Worst experience ive had with the 2 gentleman staff in lobby.Tried opening up a checking account for my little sister.And apparently their time is more precious than a current customer and future customer.Glad this is not my regular bank.
