  I had a VA loan. Jolynn helped with getting my credit score where I needed it to be to get the loan. She helped with the whole process with the VA and was very quick with the underwriting. All the staff was helpful and professional.

  Jolynn and her entire office are awesome! I've done multiple loans with Jolynn and sent my family and many of my buyers to her because she finds the best rates AND she always closes on time! She's an excellent communicator and you can tell she really loves what she does. She does every type of loan available and does everything in her power to help people wanting to buy a home. Use her!!   Jolynn Craig played a vital role in helping my wife and I purchase our first home. From the start, she was helpful with explaining each aspect of the home buying process as it can be a bit overwhelming at times. Her constant communication is key to why we chose her with this monumental step knowing that even the smallest question would be carefully answered. And if it couldn't get any better, she has continued to be available to us, three years later, for any and all questions, helpful information and tips/tricks to maintaining our home.   As an investor, Jolynn has been an essential part of my business. From doing loans for me to doing loans for my buyers, she helps everyone. She even did a loan for my sister in St. Louis!! She can do about any type of loan and she goes above and beyond to find the best rate and close on time, every time. I've never called or sent a text or email that either wasn't immediately answered or answered within a few minutes. I just can't say enough great things about Jolynn and her entire team.

  As a first time home buyer, it can be overwhelming as you start to navigate the waters of real estate. Jolynn was a light that helped me find my way. She was there from start to finish, no matter the obstacle and I was able to purchase my first home with confidence.   Jolynn makes the home buying experience so easy! On my first home loan, things were very complicated. I was a little embarrassed to even try because I had been rejected by a "big bank". Jolynn was kind and treated me like her number one client even though my loan was very small. Years later, Jolynn helped me again and once again it was a little complicated with some credit issues. She helped me and even told me about a special USDA loan I would qualify for. This brought my payment down and gave us an opportunity to qualify for more! I'm sure I'll buy again years from now and once again Jolynn will be much first choice!

  Jolynn was absolutely amazing to work with. Very thorough and explained everything with ease. Always available when I called.
